How to Deposit/Withdrawal in a PAMM
Before deposit money to your Social Trading / MAM master’s account make sure that you have money on your payment account.
Your payment account is a MT5 account that was generated to bridge funds from my.xbtfx.io to the XBTFX Social Interface. Transfer money to this account using the transfer page, https://my.xbtfx.io/en/tx/transfer , When selecting "From Account" on transfer page, you will find "MT5 Payment Account" as an account topic. Transfer funds to your payment account to make funds available in the social interface for funding PAMA MAM or Copy accounts.
You can deposit/withdraw (DW) money to your master’s account from/to your payment account.
Deposit/Withdraw only via investor in PAMM.
PAMM account’s balance consists from the money of the investors accounts who are subscribed to it. So if you as a money-manager would like to add your own funds to PAMM, you should have also the investor’s account as a part of your PAMM.
Follow the steps below to create investor’s account and add your funds via it:
Create investor’s account with type PAMM.
Then subscribe your PAMM investor to your PAMM-master account.
Finally deposit your funds to it.
Trigger the DW-request to add the funds to your PAMM.
Click Execute all requests to add your funds.
Requests which are waiting for a trigger or for a scheduled processing are in the upper field Pending requests.
As soon as transaction will be completed, completed transaction will be in the lower field Archived requests with the status Success.
