How can I reset my trading account password?

If you lost your trading account password or your password is no longer working you will need to request a password reset via the XBTFX client website.

To reset your XBTFX MetaTrader trading account password:

1.) log into the client area https://my.xbtfx.io/en/login 2.) Click 'Trade Accounts' then select the MT version of your trading account

3.) Click on the trading account number

4.) Click the settings icon then and the reset password option will show. After you request a reset, the new password will be generated and sent to you via email. After the reset is complete you can set your own password by changing it inside the platform as show using in this article
