When will my withdrawal be processed?

Withdrawals from account balances to external wallets or addresses are processed as quickly as possible, within 24 hours of the request.

• Withdrawal requests received after 5 PM GMT+0 will be processed on the next business day.

• Requests made after 5 PM GMT+0 on Fridays may be delayed until the FX market re-opens on Sunday.

• Withdrawals are processed only during active forex market hours.

• Please do not contact support within the designated processing window for updates on withdrawal timing.

When will my deposit be credited?

All deposits are credited automatically after a number blockchain confirmations are completed.
