When will my withdrawal be processed?

All withdrawals are processed manually on a "soon as possible" basis. Approval time can range from minutes, up to 24 hours depending on review and wallet replenishing required by our Payments team.

Please only contact support if a withdrawal has been requested and not processed after 24 hours has passed. Support tickets inquiring withdrawal time before 24 hours has passed will not be responded to unless there's an issue.

When will my deposit be credited?

All deposits are credited automatically after a number blockchain confirmations are completed.
