Accessing XBTFX MetaTrader 5
Server Address: mt5.xbtfx.io (49.12.170.18:443)
Server Name: XBTFX-MetaTrader5
Desktop Download: Download MetaTrader 5
If you encounter an "Invalid Account" error when logging in via the desktop application, please follow these steps:
Ensure you are using mt5.xbtfx.io as the server address. Select File > Login and enter your credentials manually.
If the error persists, uninstall MetaTrader 5, then download and reinstall the application using the latest installation file: Download MetaTrader 5.
If you encounter an "Invalid Account" error on the MetaTrader 5 mobile app for iOS, you may need to reset your connections:
Open the MetaTrader 5 app.
Navigate to Settings > Settings.
Press and hold the MetaTrader logo until the phone vibrates (approximately 5 seconds). This action will force an update of the server IPs.
Try logging in again.
If you encounter an "Invalid Account" error on the MetaTrader 5 mobile app for Android, you may need to reset your connections:
Open the MetaTrader 5 app.
Navigate to Settings > About.
Press and hold the MetaTrader logo until the phone vibrates (approximately 5 seconds). This action will force an update of the server IPs.
Try logging in again.
