 On XBTFX, both ECN and Standard accounts provide access to trading Single Stock CFDs through the MT5 platform. To trade these CFDs, you may need to first ensure that the stock symbols are visible on your platform. Follow the steps below to find and display the stock CFDs you're interested in.

Step 1: View All Available Symbols 📊

To view all active symbols in the MT5 platform:

Right-click inside the Market Watch panel.

Select "Show All" from the context menu.

This will make all active symbols, including stock CFDs, visible in the Market Watch panel.

Step 2: Add Specific Symbols to Your Market Watch List 🔍

If you are looking for specific stock CFDs that are not visible by default, you can manually add them.

- Alternatively, you can quickly access the Symbols window by pressing Ctrl + U.

1. Right-click inside the Market Watch panel.
2. Select "Symbols" from the menu.

Step 3: Search and Select Specific Symbols 🔑

In the left panel, you'll see the Symbol Tree with different categories of symbols.

Select a category to view the available symbols.

To find a specific stock CFD, you can either scroll through the categories or use the search bar at the top of the window.

Double-click on the desired symbol.

- The symbol will be highlighted, and its $ icon will turn gold, indicating that it is now visible in your Market Watch list.

Tip* inside the symbols window you can highlight any individual symbol , scroll down and view its contract specification, swap and trading fees.

Step 4: Start Trading Stock CFDs 💹

Once the symbol is visible in your Market Watch list, you can begin trading the stock CFD by:

Right-clicking on the symbol in the Market Watch panel.

Selecting New Order to open the trading window for that stock CFD.

To quickly search for and add symbols in the MT5 platform:

Inside the Market Watch panel, click the area that says "Click to add" located at the bottom of your list of visible symbols.

After clicking this area, a search bar will appear where you can type the asset's name or symbol.

As you type, the search results will automatically begin to populate with matching symbols.
