If you lost your trading account password or your password is no longer working you will need to request a password reset via the XBTFX client website.

1.) log into the client area https://my.xbtfx.io/en/login

​2.) Click 'Trade Accounts' then select the MT version of your trading account
​

3.) Click on the trading account number
​

4.) Click the settings icon then and the reset password option will show. After you request a reset, the new password will be generated and sent to you via email. After the reset is complete you can set your own password by changing it inside the platform.
